Michele
Bredice Craemer
is the founder of
power pack presentations, a company
that offers publications & seminars.
Her first book "Pellie
Runs A Marathon"
is about a duck
that runs a marathon and learns lessons along the way that both
children and adults can appreciate.
The adventures
of "Pellie"
are based on
Michele's true experiences of training for and running marathons.
Her new book, "CoCo Loves To Tri",
is about a black lab swimming, biking and running in a triathlon.
CoCo tries hard & enjoys the journey.
She has been
presenting seminars on topics relating to motivation, health and
fitness for over 15 years. Michele has diverse experience in
health and wellness, including corporate fitness center management
and corporate account management. She received her Bachelors
Degree in Human Development from Boston College and her Masters
Degree in Health Science from Springfield College.
Participants of
her seminars include students,
educators, senior citizens, cancer patients, nonprofit organizations and employees
of various corporations. She is on speaking lists for Fitcorp,
Mount Auburn Hospital Employee Assistance Program, Child Care
Search and Managed Health Network.
Previous speaking
engagements include presenting for WOW! Women of the World Forum, the Massachusetts Department
of Public Health and hosting a Stress Management Presentation on
Winthrop Community Access Television. She was also appeared
on BNN – Channel 7, The Literati Scene on BNNTV -

Jess
Golden
is the illustrator of
"CoCo Loves To Tri". Jess is an alumni of the Rhode
Island School of Design. She loves to draw and paint dogs.

Elizabeth
Lavin is an Illustrator and freelance photographer. Previous work
includes "Jack Straw; A Halloween
Mystery". Her photography can be seen in the reprint of
"When
I Am An Old Woman I Shall Wear Purple", a collection of poetry and
artwork that explores the process of aging.
"When I Am An Old Woman
I Shall Wear Purple" is the winner of the ABBY Honors Award and two
Benjamin Franklin Awards. She has had exhibits in Philadelphia,
Denver and Boulder.
Elizabeth graduated from the University
of Colorado in 2002 with a BFA in Sculpture, Photography and
Digital Media.
