MANAGEMENT: "Simplifying Stress"
Stress is crucial to live! However, there
is a difference between good stress and distress.
Participants will learn ways in which they
can deal with high levels of stress. The last portion of
this seminar is a hands on demonstration of stress management
techniques such as deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation
and visualization.

aspirations. It is commitment, perseverance and careful planning
that take these aspirations through the distance to
accomplishments. Participants will be given the tools to go forward

Using her children’s picture book, “Pellie

”, as the outline, Michele will suggest ways to simplify
stress in order to enjoy the journey to your goals.
ONE-ON-ONE STRESS
MANAGEMENT: "Individual Stress Profiles"
Create a personalized stress
management plan in about 15 minutes! Meet one-on-one with a stress
management specialist to design a strategy with your specific
needs and lifestyle in mind.
A personalized plan, with guidelines and motivational tips, will
be presented. Individuals will be ready to begin a journey
towards leading a happier, healthier, stress-less lifestyle.
MOTIVATIONAL
SEMINAR: "Plan, Manage & Conquer Change"
Referencing her children’s picture book,
“CoCo
Loves To Tri
”, Michele will show the rewards of determination and the
willingness to try new adventures. By creating effective goals and
action plans, change is viewed as a necessary and welcome process
of professional and personal growth.

change. We can celebrate the
growth, excitement and opportunities that come with it.
Participants will be encouraged to evaluate their change through
understanding the situation, and then creating an action plan.

There are some situations in which
a behavior or thought pattern is
blocking the path to success. This seminar looks at how change can clear the
way for goal setting.
TIME
MANAGEMENT: "Take Your Time"
By maintaining focus on our goals, we can organize
our time to meet our necessary needs. In this seminar,
participants will learn how to clarify goals, prioritize tasks and
plan effectively.
RELAXATION
TECHNIQUES: "Calm It Out"
This soothing seminar consists mainly
of hands-on participation in relaxation techniques to music. The
techniques include: deep breathing, stretching, progressive muscle
relaxation and visualization.
LIFE
BALANCE: "Working from the Center"
What images does the word
"balance" bring to mind? Through identifying roles
and looking at the different compartments
of life, participants
will learn about the current balance in their lives. The
importance of building a strong foundation and finding strength
from within will be emphasized.
EXERCISE
MOTIVATION: "Getting Hooked on Exercise"
This program is
for those who want to implement an exercise program, or those who
would like a little extra motivation to stay hooked on their
exercise program. Exercise is
the key ingredient to maintaining healthy spirits, minds and
bodies.
HEALTHY
LIFESTYLE MOTIVATION: "Facts & Beyond for Healthy
Lifestyles"
Participants may
know most of the facts of leading healthy lifestyles. But, is
there a roadblock at the steps necessary for action? The
"top ten strategies" will be outlined for participants
to move facts about healthy
lifestyle into implementation!
STRESS MANAGEMENT THROUGH THE HOLIDAYS:
"Happy Holidays"
The holidays represent a
time to gather with family and friends, enjoy special traditions
and take pleasure in small moments of happiness. These joyful
events can be overshadowed by the stress of preparing for them. In this seminar,
participants learn what their stress triggers are and how to reduce
stressful feelings during the holidays. This year, make it "happy
holidays"!
STRESS
MANAGEMENT SEMINAR WITH CHAIR MASSAGES: "Stress Series"
This series offers the
chance to get serious about stress reduction. It consists of the
"Simplifying Stress" Seminar (please see description
above), followed by 10 minute chair massage appointments. It is an
excellent opportunity to educate participants on the techniques of
stress management, with a means for immediate follow through. The
massages, offered by a licensed massage and polarity therapist,
will use techniques to relax muscles, clear the mind and
"recharge" the participant.
