Commitment, perseverance and strategic planing are some of the components of successful goal setting. Participants are encouraged to come with a goal in progress so that they can plan toward their specific goal during the session.
WELLNESS: "Wellness for Professional & Personal Excellence"  
In this session, 3 components of wellness - cognitive, physical and spiritual - are explored in terms of how they can contribute to personal happiness and success in the workplace. 
MOTIVATIONAL SEMINAR: "Positive Thinking & Its Power"
Positive thinking can have a significant impact on personal and professional attitudes and productivity. Participants will learn the significance of positive perception, self-talk and goal setting.

Using her children’s picture book, “Pellie Runs A Marathon ”, as the outline, Michele will suggest ways to simplify stress in order to enjoy the journey to your goals. ( Option to add books for all participants. )
LIFE BALANCE: "Working from the Center"
What image does the word “balance” bring to mind? Through identifying roles and looking at the different compartments of life, participants will learn about the current balance in their lives.   
MOTIVATIONAL SEMINAR: "Benefits of a Sole Junkie" (How Fit is Your Career?)
This seminar displays how the preparation, strategic planning and adherence tips necessary for a successful exercise program can be transferred towards career enhancement.
MOTIVATIONAL SEMINAR: "Plan, Manage & Conquer Change"
Referencing her children’s picture book, “CoCo Loves To Tri ”, Michele will show that through creating effective goal setting and action plans, change is viewed as a necessary and welcomed process of professional and personal growth. ( Option to add books for all participants. )
CHANGE MANAGEMENT FOR GOAL SETTING: "Creating a Positive Action Plan"
This seminar looks at how change participants can reach goals by clearing thought patterns or behaviors that are blocking the path to success. 
TIME MANAGEMENT: "Take Your Time"
In this seminar, participants will learn how to clarify goals, prioritize tasks and plan effectively. 
RELAXATION TECHNIQUES: "Calm It Out"
This soothing seminar consists mainly of hands-on participation in relaxation techniques to music. Techniques include: deep breathing, stretching, progressive muscle relaxation and visualization.
EXERCISE MOTIVATION: "Getting Hooked on Exercise"
Exercise is the key ingredient to maintaining healthy spirits, minds and bodies. This program is for those who want to implement an exercise program, or those who would like a little extra motivation to stay hooked on their exercise program.  
EXERCISE MOTIVATION & PARTICIPATION: "Work Out at Work!"
Grab your sneakers & enjoy a fun work out session; along with learning some exercises you can do at your desk. A workshop format which begins with a discussion of advantages & components of exercise & motivation strategies; followed by an interactive session of cardiovascular, strengthening & stretching exercises that can be incorporated at your desk.
EXERCISE PARTICIPATION SESSION: "Boot Camp Workout" (indoors) or “Boot Camp Work - Out!” (outdoors) ~ ~ NEW ~ ~
A fun workout sessions offering the boot camp style of dividing into stations for timed intervals. Participants will warm up & cool down together; while strengthening & cardio portions will be performed by moving in small groups through stations.
EXERCISE PARTICIPATION SESSION: "Walk/Run with Exercises” (outdoors) ~ ~ NEW ~ ~
Fresh air and a walk/run outside. During the session, strengthening exercises will be incorporated along the route.
EXERCISE PARTICIPATION SESSION: "Walk/Run Club” (outdoors) ~ ~ NEW ~ ~
The club will meet one or twice weekly for walks/runs. The intensity and progression will tailored to fit the needs and fitness level of the group.
HEALTHY LIFESTYLE MOTIVATION: "Beyond the Facts of Healthy Lifestyles"
Participants may know most of the facts of leading healthy lifestyles. But, is there a roadblock at taking the steps necessary for action? The "top ten strategies" for moving facts about healthy lifestyle into implementation will be reviewed in this seminar.
ONE-ON-ONE STRESS MANAGEMENT: "Individual Stress Profiles 
Meet one-on-one to design a strategy with your specific needs and lifestyle in mind. Create a personalized stress management plan, designed with guidelines and motivation, during in a 15 minute consultation.
STRESS MANAGEMENT THROUGH THE HOLIDAYS: "Happy Holidays"
In this seminar, participants learn what their stress triggers are and how to reduce stressful feelings during the holidays, so that stress does not overshadow the joyful events and small moments of happiness that the holidays can offer.
  
Three Hour Educational & Interactive Workshop: "Stress Management Workshop"
A three hour version of “Simplifying Stress” in which each participant learns about stress, participates in hands-on stress management techniques, and creates a personalized stress management plan, designed with guidelines and motivational tips to increase productivity, happiness and health.
(Note: This program is approved by the National Association of Social Workers for continuing education contact hours; as well as The Massachusetts Board of Substance Abuse Counselor Certification, Inc. and Continuing Educational Activity for LMHCs)
